Costs

Parents of all players, please note the following typical costs associated with playing select soccer on a CSC team:

(a) $400 registration ($275 for U9 Academy) fee per season as noted above - covers the costs of coaching, field rental, KYSA fees,and club related costs;

(b) A team assessment fee per season - covers the costs of entering tournaments, coach’s expenses associated with tournaments, and other team related events and will be collected by your team representative near the beginning of the season (NOTE: this amount is an estimate that can vary depending on the tournaments attended, etc. and can be significantly offset via team fund-raising). Assessments are generally much lower for Academy teams, and may be considerably higher for "elite" teams that may travel farther and more frequently. Here is an example of a team assessment for a typical U11 (8v8) team:

(c) Approximately $120 - $150 for a NIKE® uniform kit which includes two (2) game jerseys, one (2) pairs of game shorts, two (2) pairs of socks, and two (2) training tops (separately ordered) – NOTE these kits were new for the Fall 2009 season and are expected to be used for at least two years. NIKE® bags and warm ups may also be purchased.

A Note About CSC Prices

Costs for CSC teams are very competitive when compared to other clubs across the country. Some clubs charge players anywhere from $800-$1000 a year just for training. CSC is dedicated to providing quality training at a reasonable cost. A general breakdown of the club's budgeted income and expenses is listed below.
