All Team Reps:

All team roster changes need to be submitted to Bill Massarone before Thanksgiving.

If you have not already done so, please complete your end-of-season financial statement and email it to Kelly Vaughn.

Please keep a copy of your KSSL league play record and final placement, as well as all of your tournament results.

These should be kept in you team binder and referenced when applying to tournaments.

Know where you hare storing your field flags and keep them safe for the next season. Every team should have flags.

For those teams looking into Winter & Spring tournaments, several deadlines are quickly approaching. Please contact

your coach and start deciding on upcoming events. You may use gotsport.com as a reference

A general Spring team rep meeting will be held in January. Additional information will be provided soon.

Spring Teams and Team Reps:

Uniforms: Please contact Lynn Costello for any uniform information and ordering. She would like to have all orders in by Thanksgiving. Each player is required to wear a blue and black practice shirts. These shirts will also need to be ordered through Lynn. Warm ups are optional. Every one should have received this email from Lynn if not, please let DeShana know.

Rosters: If you are in need of an updated roster with contact information, please contact Bill Massarone to have this emailed to you.

New team reps for the Spring will have a small group meeting in November. If you are new and have not been contacted, please email DeShana.
