2006:
Golden Grizzly captain, starter in all matches played …
named Mid-Con Defender of the Year… named to the
All-conference list for the 4th consecutive year,
earning first-team All-Mid Con honors for the second time
and received all-tournament honors as well… named to the
fall Academic All-Conference team and the Golden Grizzlies
Excellence in Academics list.
2005:
Started in every match for the Golden Grizzlies... named to
the All-Conference list for the third consecutive year,
nabbing first team All-Mid-Con honors for the first time...
earned Mid-Con Athlete of the Week honors for the week of
Aug. 29... large contributor to Oakland's defense, which
ranked second in the Mid-Con for goals allowed (26), third
for goals against average (1.44) and tied for second in
shutouts with five... also took seven shots, three of which
were on goal.
2004:
One
of five Golden Grizzlies to start all 20 matches ... helped
give Oakland six shutouts in 2004, which tied for fourth in
the Mid-Con ... voted second team all-conference for the
second consecutive year and received all-tournament honors
as well ... named to the fall Academic All-Conference team
and the Golden Grizzlies Excellence in Academics list.
2003:
Started in all 21 games for the Golden Grizzlies as the
center back...co-anchored the defense which allowed
opponents just 0.89 goals and 12.4 shots per game...was
named to the All-Freshman Great Lakes Regional team and to
the Mid-Con's second team.

2003 graduate from Westdale Secondary High School...
Panabaker not only excels in soccer but volleyball,
basketball, cross-country, track and field, field hockey,
tennis, and badminton... Participation in these sports led
Panabaker to being named Westdale “Athlete of the Year” a
total of three times as well as being tabbed captain of the
soccer team for two consecutive years...A natural leader,
Panabaker was an executive member of the Girls’ Athletic
Council for Westdale and the group’s President for
2002-03...She held a cumulative 3.8 G.P.A., and was named to
Westdale’s Honor Roll four consecutive years...Outside of
school, Panabaker plays for her club team, Hamilton Sparta
in the Ontario Youth Soccer League (O.Y.S.L.)... Panabaker
helped her team become tournament champions on several
occasions, as well as semi-finalists in the Ontario Cup.

Born Catherine Panabaker on May 2nd, 1984 in Hamilton,
Ontario ... parents are Neil and Mardie Panabaker...
